That's probably the reason they chose Austin, surprisingly. It's a lot less legwork to setup shop in a city that doesn't already have red-tape in place.

- Dirlewanger 12y agoYup, which is precisely why Google won't ever touch anything north of the Mason Dixon line. Heads would certainly roll if they encroached on Comcast's home turf.
