You've just made the company AVERAGE_YEARLY_SALARY * 20 People * 10% == AVERAGE_YEARLY_SALARY * 2 (that's the benefit to the company). The better question to ask is, how much do I charge for handing the company $300,000 (or whatever it is you're saving them).
