I'd question the expansion if Harvard was bloated, but they're not. If anything they're serving an absurdly small group of people considering their size. They can afford to expand without diluting their quality. They ought to. (Hell, it would be a good competitive measure along with everything else, and chip away at Princeton and Yale.)
