If you take care of legal stuff I am really interested in such service. I just don't want to sign the papers myself. I don't understand many of the legal matters with selling a house and afraid of being in trouble if I do it all myself.
- throwawaynov29 12y agoYou hit the nail on the head. When I bought my house, I found the house, but I was scared of the paperwork and a realtor did that for me. And we plan to change that for both buyers and sellers, by using better, simpler software and real estate attorneys. We will soon be in a position to take care of end-to-end details of the transaction - inspections, tours, contingencies, mortgages, escrows. And, if someone does not want to use these services from us, they can go on their own too. Freedom of choice
