And comments! Reputation is critical for services, those 5 stars are going to become very important to business owners.
- schafx 12y agoThis is a really big deal. I have several times sourced handymen through Angie's List only to get very odd and sometimes bad service. This despite those contractors having mainly good reviews. I applaud Amazon for being one of the few who don't doctor their reviews which allows me to actually rely on them.
