How does that work, going to a therapist? He knows how to ask the right questions? How many sessions did you have to go to? I don't have massive amounts of money unfortunately.
- thenomad 12y agoYou'll need a fair few sessions, unfortunately. It's not a quick process. They're trained to know what to ask, how to be useful to you, and so on - at least, the good ones are! Note: make sure you're going to a therapist - someone with years of training in the theory and practise of psychotherapy - not an untrained/semi-trained "counsellor".
