- barkingcat 12y agoI'm thinking financial flow as in the billions of credit card transactions every year and financial events as possible chargebacks, refunds, purchases, that amazon runs into every second.
- Adrock 12y agoThat was my initial reading, too. Further searching for the CORTEX project revealed that it's probably an internal accounting system.
