I'm very passionate about this domain too. Hiring needs so much improvement, and there's a lot of people trying to find the best solution. I wish Scott the best of luck. I'll be providing some more thorough feedback to Scott, but at a glance, one thing I really think is great is the JobStats feature. Being rejected with feedback like, "We found someone better for the position," doesn't help struggling job seekers identify areas they should focus on improving.
