Thanks! I agree, there's a handful of these issues I'd planned on talking about in future posts; but your list adds a bunch more I hadn't thought of. Lack of training is a tricky one, isn't it? If you give the wrong kind of training, or too much, or too little, it's easy to miss the mark.
