You are correct, we're screwed, but that doesn't mean the countries in the world that don't even have one doctor for every 1000 people (http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SH.MED.PHYS.ZS http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SH.MED.PHYS.ZS) can't benefit massively from this.
