The government issued digital signature are so widely used that close to 100 percent of all adults between 18-70 years use them and also a significant percent of the older population and of children (15 years and up). And not just for government websites. For banking, for signing contracts, etc. Now, the whole system is set up by the Danish government, so if you worry about government spying you probably won't find that signature very useful :-)
