Japan's had a low-speed maglev running since 2005: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linimo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linimo Although to be honest I've never quite understood the point of a low-speed maglev, all the expense and drawbacks of fiddly new technology (Linimo can't operate if it's too windy...) without any of primary benefit (blazing speed!).
