Please explain why it is FUD rather than just being condescending.
- Prolorn 12y agoThese concerns sprouted from the White House's comment that ISPs should not block legal content. Logically, this does not imply that ISPs have to start filtering for illegal content, but that is nevertheless what people started worrying about.
