Ask HN: Is the “Change” book by Watzlawick relevant in a tech job?

I am referring to "Change: Principles of Problem Formation and Problem Resolution" (Watzlawick, Weakland,Fisch) it's a psychology book, but I wonder if anyone from the HN community has read it and what their opinion is. (some reviews here: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/789725.Change)
