I'm just hitting eclipse after a long stint in Visual Studio. Favorite feature so far: hit ctrl+3 to give you a quicksilver-like command line full of useful stuff. The completion is a little finicky, but it's good enough to be useful. Also, Ctrl+Shift+R, I think, lets you open a file by typing in its prefix.
