I'm a private citizen. Spying on me is only productive for corporations and its the content, not the list of contacts, that would be useful. Knowing I talk to Vendor X is worthless because soooooooooo many people talk to Vendor X. Knowing I'm buying 1000Y from X is more useful, eh?
