I read something over breakfast that affects my emotions for the rest of the day. I am also a recidivistic emulator. Sometimes a Super Nintendo. Others an Amiga 600, like the one I got for my 10th birthday. I do it because I miss the games, maybe. Or maybe I do it because I miss being 10.
