I'd love to see something like this explored on a blockchain.

  I opened this thread and immediately started scanning through to see who brought up the blockchain. While I agree, it would be interesting, in practice the only country you might be able to convince to adopt it would be Iceland (because they're awesome) and yet, they have probably the least disfunctional democracy in the world so have no need to adopt it. Might be worth exploring for steering open source projects, or prioritising objectives within a company.

    I think that may accurately describe the field today. But the game board is changing.
