Actually we ALL pay for their treatment. In Florida, if you have no insurance you are taken to the closest public hospital (county hospital). They treat you (barely - don't expect a private room). If you can't afford to deal with the bill, the county pays. And then we all pay via taxes. It's a serious problem.
