- mindcrime 12y agoThis. I was so reluctant to call 911 at first, but i've been a firefighter and 911 dispatcher, so knew how important it was!
- vegancap 12y agoI think people are scared it will turn out to be nothing and they'll be embarrassed or something. But the fact is, no one knows that it's nothing, until a medical professional checks it really is nothing. There's no shame in that.
- philh 12y agoI suspect that "worry about wasting other people's valuable time" is also part of it.
- narag 12y agoFirst, congrats. But this is strange, another firefighter? I remember fifteen years ago in a programmers gathering that we found out every one of us played a musical instrument. But this is a little stranger, it seems ludicast and you both worked in the same and had heart problems too.
