It's very sweet and naive of you to offer this. There's a reason other people don't, and it's not because there aren't other nice people. It's because like another poster said, you're gonna get abuse as soon as more than a few people know about this. A lot of abuse. I work for a hosting company, and one time we did a promotion where you could get a VPS for about a dollar for a month. This boosted our sales tremendously during the promotion, but all the boosted sales were abuse accounts and none of them renewed. Free or nearly free == here comes abuse.
