I'm about as pro 2nd amendment as you can get, but when you carry a concealed weapon your goal should always be to avoid a confrontation, not seek one out. Getting your back iPhone isn't a life or death situation and you shouldn't use a firearm to resolve it. Also it's very likely you're going to jail if you shoot a guy while trying to make a citizens arrest.
