Those rail lines are great progress, but let's face it -- they still require a schlep to get to your final destination: party in the hills, bbq in malibu, office miles away from the closest rail line... Taxis have historically sucked in Los Angeles. Drinking and driving is a huge problem. Submarine article or not, a disruption of LA's cab business is a welcome change.
