The agreement never uses the word bond. They like to claim that it's just compensation for training expenses.
- denzil_correa 12y agoIt is a one-sided contract which is commonly referred to as "bond" amongst the Indian IT workforce. The law clearly states that a one-sided contract (even if written as a compensation for training expenses) is illegal in India.
