- nraynaud 12y agosheer stupidity, it doesn't work like that. They just fluffed the news to appeal to American readers. The news is that the guy wrote to the wrong outlet and that he can't legally do what he wanted because that would violate free speech. Good luck getting an english language newspaper publish it that way.
