true and important, but also not unlike other large companies, e.g. facebook moderators http://www.wired.com/2014/10/content-moderation/ http://www.wired.com/2014/10/content-moderation/ as happy as i am about tim cook's support for "human rights" the other day, i wish he'd apply the concept to apple's suppliers and their subcontractors more vigorously. but i agree that the key here is to see through the various means of juking the stats on this and hold companies accountable, especially when they make sweeping claims.
