Please correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that seem like an opportunity to negate Tor by fingerprinting unless you create an account over Tor and then only ever connect to that specific account through Tor? I wonder how much this is even a deliberate operation / partnership with the American intel community? Some may dismiss that notion, even though they shouldn't.
