Some of the URL's served up by AWS go away and I don't re-request them after the initial add of a movie. I'm going to have to read this article in more detail and see if it can clean that up for me and move image serving back to Amazon. If you are going to use Amazon's images, why not sign up for an associate account and provide links back to the product pages so you can generate some income from it.
