It amazes me that people think this should be at the employers' discretion.
- sosborn 12y agoIt isn't that I think it should be at the employer's discretion, it's that there are better companies to work for out there and we should all endeavor to work for them if our current employer is actively screwing us over.
- greyfade 12y agoSometimes, that's simply not possible. Those of us that don't have the option of a better employer need laws that mandate some reasonable minimum of benefits, because we won't get them any other way.
