Have fun trying to get your microframework to satisfy the requirements of massive governmental organizations(http://australia.gov.au/misc/drupal.js http://australia.gov.au/misc/drupal.js) , universities (http://www.harvard.edu/misc/drupal.js http://www.harvard.edu/misc/drupal.js), and gigantic media sites (http://www.nbc.com/misc/drupal.js http://www.nbc.com/misc/drupal.js).

If anything, linking to massive governmental organizations and universities (both famous for their bureaucracy and resistance to change) that use Drupal would seem to support his claim.
