I remember back when business was boring. It wasn't that long ago. Back in high school I went to PFEW (Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week), it was a 1-week business camp essentially. You learned about ROA, competition, and making business decisions. I loved it and recommended it to everyone I knew but hardly anyone took my advice and participated in PFEW. Business was boring. Fast forward ~10 years later, now it's the coolest thing to be in a startup. All of a sudden business is cool? Reminds me of the recent South Park, 'go fund yourself'; where Stan tells his Dad "we don't want to do anything, that's why we are making a startup".
