i think it's more accurate to say their lack of communication hasn't been fatal yet. I think it has hurt them, with some of their dead and/or dying products.

- joelrunyon 12y agoGood point - their growth has been so stratospheric that it hasn't hurt them (yet). However, if they keep putting out products / features that don't resonate with people - it could have serious repercussions if a newcomer comes into the space that excels at communication.
