This is the first I've heard of a limit on refunds. Can you point me to more information?
- hga 12y agoI think it's their "A-to-z Guarantee Protection", and I now note no lifetime limit ... and claims can be denied for other than clear cut legit reasons (a catch-all "Amazon regarded the claim as inappropriate." see https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200783790 https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=...). Also a $2,500 limit. Note this is the last ditch, the seller isn't playing ball resort.
