I'm building a site like this at the moment and things like this made me happy we chose video and real humans - instead of vector images. Showing people how to exercise in 7 minutes is easy - but motivating them to exercise is a totally different thing. I get that this is probably for people on the go, but at least having a voice telling you what you're doing and giving you tips would make this so much better. Also, don't just say "science". Tell us what kind of "science" and link us to specific research that maybe we want to know about.
