Reminds me of the story Merlin Mann tells about the butcher who when asked what trick he uses to know that he picked up exactly a pound of meat responds "Be a butcher for 20 years".
- jkaunisv1 12y agoThat's kung fu, and it's extremely satisfying to cultivate it in everything you do. I've been inspired to learn how to do stuff like that since I saw a chef drop ingredients into a recipe without measuring.
