Of all the services not (yet) available in this reason, the absence of Elasticache seems the most conspicuous. It's a stable mature services with no regional complications. Can anybody think of any reason for that? (Maybe it's just me, it's the only missing piece that would stop me from migrating from eu-west-1 to eu-central-1.)
