This sounds exactly like the localized nonsense Europe has been consumed with while the rest of the worlds economies advance at a rapid pace. A sovereign country(Ukraine) buying weapons it needs from another sovereign country (USA) is hardly USA policing anything. USA sending its military to Ukraine to fight would be playing world police. Also, the author George Soros is an American of Hungarian descent and his opinion has very little direct effect on European foreign policy and decision making.
