As much as things sometimes sucked during my recent job hunt, holy cow, this is over-the-top awful. The worst of my experiences were exceeded within three paragraphs. I did have to deal with one company that said they had trouble "finding senior people" when the whole office was a playground. But no one told me any sexist or racist jokes.
