- bkcooper 12y agoHe rented a time machine so that he could buy the 36 chickens sold in the afternoon and then sell them in the morning at a $2.50 premium per chicken.
- yebyen 12y agoI am pretty sure he must have been short-selling in the chicken market. Good foresight.
- baking 12y agoYeah, selling chickens in the morning promising afternoon delivery and then buying up all the surplus chickens after lunch at the reduced price.
- yebyen 12y agoOh, it sounds much more realistic when you put it that way. I actually wasn't sure what a real-life application of "short selling" would look like.
- CyberDildonics 12y agoHe preached about forth and was paid $90 to stop?
- jawns 12y agoHe arrived at the market, bought nine of Farmer 1's chickens, cooked them, and sold each cooked chicken for $10 more than he paid for it.
