Roost (YC S14) Is Hiring a Front-End Web Developer in New York City

Roost: - Is the leading SaaS provider of web push notifications. - Is currently handling over 500M requests / month and that will also continue to grow. Scale and speed are incredibly important to us and any experience there is greatly appreciated. - Has just left the YC S14 batch and are moving into the next phase of product development. We currently have ~1M subscribers across 2k+ sites and are growing at 5-10% weekly. We’re looking for a front-end web engineer who: - Has experience with modern front-end technologies (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, Backbone, Underscore, etc) - Understands the demands of developing a UI that will be used by 10’s of thousands of website owners. - Experience working with designers who work at a pixel-perfect level. - Experience in developing responsive UI’s to work across a range of devices.
