Sounds like a very scummy thing to do. Any legal system that allows this sort of tactic is ripe for abuse.
- anonbanker 12y agoWelcome to international contract law. You are guilty (and are expected to make reparations) until proven innocent. The legal system is more ripe for abuse than anyone really knows. Another reason contract law should be taught in high schools
