A rational could be perfectly legitimate for deciding to not give someone information, but horribly inappropriate for forcing someone else to not give out information.
- spindritf 12y agoGoogle ruling is not about not giving them information but about stopping Google from linking to already published articles for some keywords.
- seanflyon 12y agoThe link itself is information. The ruling is very clearly about preventing Google from giving people certain information in certain circumstances.
