Yup, good point. I think the sweet spot for phones is about 5 inches now (up to about 5.3 with thin bezels) and for tablets it's probably around 8-9 inches. When I bought my gf a Nexus 7 and she still had her iphone 4 (3.5 inch), the Nexus made a lot of sense. But now that she has a Nexus 5, she doesn't use it nearly as often, and if she had a nexus 6 that effect would be even greater.
