This was my thought as soon as I saw the little image at the bottom with the designer and developer. I got a little sore because currently at work we have hired a new advertising agency and they like to bring screenshots of their complex designs that I the developer have to implement and maintain. Bootstrap makes it easy for me to have a properly formatted cross browser design. And liker you noted, my designs are set up to where users can hit my site and almost immediately know where to look for things. Login, search, contact us, ect.
