Ask HN: What long running task do businesses often need?

So I've built up an entire platform with celery to run any long running task. The user can login to the dashboard, submit a job and watch it run on the servers. Would like some ideas on what I should be using this platform for. Basically it can run any long running task, I just need some ideas as to what long running tasks I should create. ex. sentiment analysis? video conversion? etc
