It's not even about women. His statement shows that he's out of touch when it comes to women AND men.
- danielweber 12y agoIt's standard manager-talk, worrying about how to keep a lid on the company's #1 expense: salary. Not that I agree with his viewpoint, but it's not hard, at all, to grok where he's coming from.
