It was about the book "How to Cook Everything Fast: A Better Way to Cook Great Food" http://www.amazon.com/How-Cook-Everything-Fast-Better/dp/0470936304 http://www.amazon.com/How-Cook-Everything-Fast-Better/dp/047... Personally, buying a slow cooker was an awesome investment. In under 30 mins I can easily put things into it and leave them cooking over night and have excellent meals for the rest of the week.
