I agree. If I am happy I won't leave for 5%. If I am unhappy I would leave for a pay cut. In my current position I wouldn't say I'm unhappy but would consider leaving for a 10% raise. Only because jumping ship tends to be the only way to get significant raises, over the normal 2-3%. Even if you use another offer to get a raise in your current position.
