- Zigurd 12y agoReally. I wonder how much the often fake moral outrage at PEDs in sports has stifled quality-of-life advancements for the ageing. Take a step back and ask "Who benefits from the perception of a sport being 'clean?'" Sports promoters have an interesting in maintaining the perception their sports are fair and competitive, and they contribute to a drug-war mentality. Perhaps the public would just shrug and say "If you want to see real competition, go watch tennis at your club tournament." Draining big money out of sport would not be the worst outcome.
