- anonjon 17y agoExcept if it is repetitive enough of a task for me to be inclined to automate it, in what way is it fun? Are people really having fun in an MMO, or is it just a human sized skinner box (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operant_conditioning_chamber http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operant_conditioning_chamber). I played these games for years in an addictive behavior pattern. I think back on it and I realize that I was literally wasting my life. So how long before MMOs are properly regulated and controlled?
